Taxi Transfers To and From Davao Airport

Upon arrival at Davao International Airport (DVO), passengers may proceed to the Baggage Claim area at the Lower Level of the terminal to pick up their luggage.

Transport options available at this facility include Rental Cars, hotel shuttle services, rideshares, and taxis. Ferry services and bus lines are also available 8 kilometers and 26 kilometers from the airport, respectively.

Taxis at Davao International Airport

Passengers may proceed to the Taxicab Stand on the Lower Level outside the Baggage Claim area. No reservation requirements for arriving passengers.

Avoid other offers of transport services from anyone inside the terminal building. Transact only at the taxi waiting station.

It takes around 40 minutes to get to downtown Davao City from the airport at $15.

From DVO, passengers can get to Sta. Ana Wharf for an outbound destination to nearby Samal Island across the narrow strait. It takes around 15 minutes to the ferry terminal at $4.

The Ecoland Bus Terminal has extensive routes to different cities in Mindanao, Visayas, and even Luzon. It takes around 30 minutes to get there at $7.

Pre-Arranged Transportation Services at Davao International Airport

Passengers can use ground transportation providers authorized to operate at Davao Airport on a pre-arranged basis only. All authorized Pre-Arranged Transportation Providers must pick up passengers in our Ground Transportation Area.

Authorized for-hire ground transportation providers must display an ID Badge to operate at the DVO.

Pre-arranged ground transportation services at DVO must be made by contacting the preferred provider before arrival or by asking for assistance at the Help Desk located at the Arrival area.

Permitted companies must pick up passengers in the Pre-Arranged area only near the Arrival Hall.

Passengers may confirm with their hotel to see if this service is available to/from DVO.

Ride Shares at Davao International Airport

Rideshares are available at the Arrivals Hall (lower level) of the terminal building. Rideshare companies require downloading the company’s application on the smartphone. Passengers may arrange this option in advance to make sure of its availability.
